If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for an exchange or refund providing you do so within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by Zennor Vélo.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from zennorvelo.com. If you have purchased your item from one of Zennor Vélo’s retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser; alternatively we can provide a credit to the gift recipient. Please include a suitable delivery address for the gift recipient for us to despatch exchanged products to.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with anything about your purchase you can return the products to Zennor Vélo within 30 days of placing your order. We will then exchange your purchase for another product of your choice, taking payment for, or refunding, any difference in price. Alternatively, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase.
Please note that, in order for Zennor Vélo to accept returned items, products must be ‘as new’.
This means the garment must be in a saleable condition, i.e. tags and labels should not be removed from any item, it should be unworn (apart from an initial try on) and it should be void of strong deodorant/perfume scents/marks.
Please retain the original packaging and return the items as you received them - Zennor Vélo strongly recommends you store your items in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep them. If you send back items in any other packaging but the original, we will unfortunately not be able to either exchange or refund them.
If the reason for the return was that you did not like the first product or it did not fit, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the shipping costs of sending the replacement and, if you decline to do so, we reserve the right to refund you for the first purchase instead of sending a replacement.
If returning products, please ensure they are well packaged so as to avoid damage in transit, then follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.
If you think your garment has a fault, please contact us by email and we will assess whether or not the garment has suffered a manufacturing fault.
Please note: any items with faults / damage as a result of excessive use, long term usage or a crash will not be considered to be faulty. The fault must not be the result of using the garment for purposes for which it was not intended.
If a faulty garment has been worn it must be laundered before being returned. If an unwashed garment is received it will be returned back to the customer.
How To Make a Return
Please print a copy of the “Postage Return Slip” and the completed “Return Form” for the garment you wish to return or exchange. Once the Return Form is completed and printed please remember to enclose in your returns package.
