Our spring/summer gilet uses a lightweight windproof, waterproof, stretchable and breathable fabric on the front and side panels to provide you with protection on those chilly descents or when you get caught out by a sudden change in weather conditions.

The rear panel is made from our jersey fabric which is a super lightweight, breathable and quick-dry fabric to keep you cool. As this is an occasional gilet we've also removed the rear pockets to make it lighter and easier to stow in a jersey pocket.

However, we've included what we're calling 'grab gaps' in the rear panel so you can easily reach through the gaps to your laden jersey pockets beneath whilst on the move. You no longer have to stop riding or struggle with lifting the rear of your gilet just to get that energy gel out!

We've used an invisible YKK zip with a larger ring puller which makes finding and gripping the zip easier when you're wearing gloves. There are also two full-length reflective strips on the rear panel to improve your visibility in adverse lighting conditions.

Functional necessity👍

I love this gillet! It folds up small enough to put into one the generously sized Zennor Velo jersey pockets and is light-weight windproof on the front where you need it and breathable on the back so you don’t sweat too much.

The cherry on the icing on the cake is that it matches seamlessly with any of the Zennor jerseys and bib shorts making for a professional looking set of kit. It may be a placebo but when I’m wearing the full Zennor kit I feel like my cycling improves! 😍

A cycling must-have

This gilet is so lightweight and comfortable it's a no brainer to take on most rides. Light enough to fold and roll into your pocket or wear slightly open. It takes the edge off the sharpest of winds and breathes in the warm. Like any great jersey or top, the zip is your temperature control. The grab gaps are perfectly placed and sized. Get this in your kit bag!!

Quality!

The ZV gilet is a top piece of kit. Quality material and very well made. Great fit and stylish too. What's not to like?
It's been great on early spring rides.
Especially like the 'grab gaps'.
